What's in Bloom

I know I just updated, but I had a bunch of pictures to share. That was nice of Aunt Toot to say my blog is one of her favorites. I bet it's just because I update the most. I like doing it though 'cause then I can look back and remember what we did. It's kinda like scrap booking and journaling at the same time, ya know. I tend to agree with G-mom and Aunt Toot about the baby coming when it wants, but I figure why not try to speed it up. It can't hurt.
I had a busy day yesterday and today is going to be the same way I think. I went yesterday morning to see how much it is going to be to fix our oven and they said probably around $300! I think we are just going to get a new one from scratch and dent. I looked on Craigslist.com but didn't see anything good in our area.
I then went to the Chiropractor and was annoyed by people asking me if I still haven't had the baby yet. "Um, No. What do you think?"

40 weeks and 1 day
I also stopped at Walmart and got some bamboo shades for our porch area.

I am so happy with how it turned out and yes I hung them all by myself.

I also transplanted the hosta's in front. I was thinking about putting some big bushes behind the hosta's. I went to get some more hanging baskets since mine had been destroyed in the storm and lucky me, they were on sale! Yeah! I got 4 for $30. You can't even get them at walmart for that cheap. Not that I would buy them there, their flowers never look so good and I wouldn't trust myself to bring them back to life. Anyway, I really love my porch now. It looks so nice.
Here's what's in bloom right now.

What is this white stuff called? It's pretty cool looking. There's a bunch of other stuff ready to make it's appearance soon too. So today I need to finish my laundry and go grocery shopping and try to clean my house. We'll see how much of it I get done. Oh, and I need to go look for an oven.

Hope you all are doing good.

I love the belly pic too...I know you probably don't feel this way, but you look great! That comment you got from someone was funny :)Still praying for a great delivery for you...can't wait to hear your news!

Wow! I thought I'd seen women who were "all baby" before but seriously, you look great... only that belly growing and growing!

You make us nervous by telling us you hung those blinds by yourself. I can just picture you up on a ladder w/ that belly and it makes me cringe ;) but I would do the same thing, too...just don't tell Mike :)

Praying for a wonderful delivery!

in response to Shannon,
you must mean the comment from my mom about Ricky needing a Harley. She sure is funny alright ;)
in response to Alison,
I had thought maybe I shouldn't be up on a ladder hanging shades but I really wanted to surprise Ricky and get it done.
in response to G-mom,
I had actually thought, Hmm, maybe I'm nesting like they say and I'll go into labor tonight, but no luck, I definetly crashed and burned last night too. I was exhausted.

Hey Amy, I love your white astilbe, I have some burgundy ones and I love them. I agree w/Grandma, sounds like you are nesting or having that last hurrah before baby comes. Hurry up and go, so you can come to the Yoder
4th!
