He did it!!!

Disclaimer: Sorry Mom, this post is going to have lots of exclamation points:)!!

Chase Pooped on the potty! Hooray! The last week or so he's been taking off his diaper and putting his potty seat on the toilet and sitting on it and grunting a lot.
He hadn't done anything on the toilet yet but I thought he was probably ready to start potty training. I went to Walmart this morning and bought some little boy undies with dinosaurs on them.
When we got home I opened them up for him to look at and he really liked them and wanted to put them on. I told him that he could wear them when he starts pooping and peeing on the potty. Well he ran to the bathroom and sat on the potty and went! What a big boy! I had made a batch of snickerdoodles so he got a cookie and lots of praise from Ricky and me. Next week we'll start working on peeing on the potty.
I've been pretty busy this week trying to get all my long overdue chores done. I was able to weed a lot in the afternoons during nap times. I've also been going on walks a lot lately since the weather has been so nice. My legs are actually sore. I've gone for a walk every night this week after dinner with the kids. I've also gone a few times during the day as well.
Wednesday night Dominic came over and spent the night at our house. Patty had to take Ricky's Mom to the Dr. really early the next morning and thought it would be best to just let Dominic sleep at our house and not disturb him or me in the morning. Chase had gone to bed before they got here and he woke up and was pretty excited to see him here. They played all morning nonstop. I went with everyone to the Chiropractor too.
Patty came and got him around noon time. It was nice to have him here for Chase to play with though. I've felt bad the last couple months Chase has had to play by himself a lot.

How is it that we post about the same things at the same times? It's like we share a brain. Hahaha.
Yeah- her poo is mushy- to put it nicely. Hopefully the tests that they are running will tell us something so it can be a little more solid very soon. Yay for Chase! His dino undies are super cool. We bribed Alex with fruit snacks or M&Ms. it took a while for him to figure out "hey if I pee I get one..... ooh if I poop I get 2 or 3." And since he usually takes showers- once it got to the point- if he made it all day with no accidents he got a bubble bath. Totally worked. Good luck with the peeing part!

Hey, I think Chase is too easy! Of course he might get really busy playing some time and lapse. If he doesn't he's the first one ever! Wait until you see all my grapes. Are yours doing anything?

They are starting to turn too. I don't think they taste very good though, they are tart.

Don't you just love when bribery works on your kids?! That's too funny, sounds like he's been ready, just needed that little push.
We got Kaelyn's swingset just past Willow Street, going north on 272, past Willow Valley, then down the hill and over the bridge, then turn right into a nice development. I didn't think you were near there. Anyway we had to pick it up and hurry back to get it together.
