family

Definition of Family Values:
To have a sense of Family Values is to have good thoughts, good intentions and good deeds, to love and to care for those whom we are close to and are part of our primary social group, our community, such as children, parents, other family members and friends. And to treat others with the same set of values, the same way we wish to be treated.

I love my Family and they definitely demonstrate family values. Tuesday we all got together at Christy's house and had a fun day of play and fellowship together.
Wrestling with Pop-pop.
Having a "good time"
Mommy and Baby, aren't they beautiful?!Joanna and Grace hung out a lot together, until Joanna filled her diaper and smelled up the house :)
Christy, demonstrating how to use the sleepy wrap with Kira.

I actually got some good pictures of Naomi smiling!

Ok, so backing up a little bit... Saturday night was the last time that Joanna nursed. I had been feeling that I should try and put her to sleep without nursing soon so Sunday evening I fed her a big bowl of applesauce and then took her up to her room and rocked her to sleep, she didn't even fuss to nurse at all. The last two nights she has slept from 8:30pm-8:00am! It's been wonderful and I'm almost tempted to bake another cake in celebration:)
Monday night was a foreman appreciation dinner at Red Lobster for Foremen and their wives. It was very nice. I had a lobster tail that was soooo good! It's so nice to be able to go out and order good food and not worry about a huge bill at the end. I was so full about halfway through my entree but I still finished the whole lobster tail because I didn't want it to go to waste.
Mishti has been moved outside and been replaced with the cutest little puppy ever! I really want to try and house break her and she is so cute so she's been in the house for a couple days now. doing pretty well too.

Love the pictures of your family get together! You have such a great family... although I'm not sure about the extended family on your dad's side ;)

Fun times! I so wish my family lived close enough to do things like that sometimes!
I'm so excited to use the sleepy wrap too... Thank you so much! I do plan on using it quite a bit!
And I totally agree- bake something to celebrate! It really is the 'little' things (which to people like us- are really big things!) ya know?

I love an excuse for a family gathering. They are great. I love the way the little ones interact together.
