Joanna did really well this year and ended up placing first for girls in her age group.
I had Chase make some floral arrangements for me over the summer and he really has a naturally artistic eye for it!
This cosmos got so big. It looked a little messy and weedy but I loved them anyway :P
Sweetie quickly wormed her way into our hearts :)
She really enjoys her sleep and is fun to snuggle with. Joanna was proud of herself for putting her to sleep like this.
Yes, I even take pictures of flowers on our walks.
Ricky's family decided to do a reunion this year and we thought it would be fun to make a weekend or of it and camp before the reunion on Sunday. We tried a new park called Trough Creek State park.
Sweet Pea stayed with our friends who have goats and had a blast :P
We went down in some caverns nearby and that was really cool.
Bacon:
Of course I enjoyed some crochet time by our campfire.
And the wildflowers...
Our awesome tent.
We went on a short hike Sunday morning and crossed this suspension bridge that made me super nervous!
This hanging rock was cool. I was dissapointed about all the graphite on it though.
Back over again, yikes!
We got ourselves cleaned up and headed over to the reunion, which was a lot of fun and really to see everyone again. I loved Ricky's aunt's gardens!
We got home late and I went the next day to get sweetie and she was so happy we were home:)
"Don't leave without me again, OK guys?"
We talked Katy into trying pickle juice...
she liked it, haha!
Dominic has a friend visit from NYC and the kids liked playing and spending time with him. He was a good sport.
