Surprise!!!

I have to make this quick because we have to leave to get our taxes done and then we are going to the Sport's and Outdoor show in Harrisburg. Last night my Dad threw a surprise party for my Mom's birthday. Our whole family was able to make it down and there was a bunch of their friends from church as well. She was really surprised it was awesome. She is hard to keep a secret from.

The "happy 59th" is a joke because she told Dad she never wanted to celebrate her 60th.

We all got a surprise when Mom pulled out her BASS GUITAR! No one knew she's been taking lessons. You can't tell but there are seriously flames on the guitar strap!

There was a lot going on but Grammy still had time to read to the kids.

Christy crocheted this really adorable hat for Joanna! isn't it so cute?!

Here she is walking in and no Chase doesn't have pants on again, sigh(said with lots of exasperation).

Oh, and here's a picture of our puppies for good measure. they are 4 1/2 weeks old here.
