6 years ago today Ricky and I were getting ready to get married and spend the rest of our lives together. I don't know if we could have imagined the adventures we would go on, it's been a wonderful 6 years. we met 7 1/2 years ago while we were working construction together. I was working for my Uncle's company in between semesters at college and he was my foreman at one of the jobs I went to. If you ask Ricky, he'll say that I asked him out, which I guess is true but I was not thinking it was a date. Well it didn't take long till we discovered that we both liked each other and Ricky asked my dad if he could date me. My dad said, "sure, you can date
Christy." "Uh, thanks, but I kinda want to date Amy." And so a romance was born. We dated for a year and then Ricky proposed and were engaged for 6 months. We had a beautiful winter wedding. God answered my prayers and gave us a fresh snowfall that morning. we were able to go outside and take pictures frolicking in the snow:). I was trying to upload pictures from long ago but blogger wouldn't let me.
Happy Anniversary my love. I hope we have 100 more years together.
Yesterday, we went to the Eastern Sports and Outdoor show in Harrisburg. we took the kids and Ricky's dad and Dominic went along as well. It was so crowded but we kinda had fun any way. Chase was really excited about riding the shuttle bus there.
The kids always enjoy looking at all the "stuffed" animals.

there's a fish pond and Chase and Dominic got to try and catch some fish. Dominic thinks he caught a couple but he never really hooked them.
Chase was very serious about fishing.
Here's Ricky picking out his four wheeler(JK).

Oh, have I mentioned how cute this little baby is? She will wear the hat now, Christy.

We were there for a little over 4 hours and pretty tired after all the walking. A couple times I was carrying Joanna on my back and Chase on the front or vise a verse. My legs were getting so sore. Dominic and I also climbed the rock wall that was there but we don't have any pictures to prove it.

Happy Anniversary!!!
I was going to send you a card, but- I have so many good intentions, but some how time passes too quickly. Joanna looks so cute in her hat, and it looks nice and warm. We had about an inch of snow last night, but I think most of it has melted. Happy Anniversary.
Happy 6th Anniversary! I hope you live to be 127 together too! ;)
Was that the job that you had holding the 'Slow' sign? or when you drove the back hoe? Either way- you win!!
congrats!
Happy Anniversary! Joanna is definitely cute!
Happy Anniversary! Love Joanna's hat!
Very cute hat, good job to Christy! Happy Anniversary to you both. Looks like the outdoor show was a hit. Does Ricky really have room on your property for that 4wheeler?!? Guess if he wants it it doesn't really matter.
I was driving the backhoe when I met Ricky:) And no, we are not getting a four wheeler- he was just dreaming.
Happy Anniversary Amy and Rick. May God bless you with lots and lots more. That outdoor show seems like something my kids would enjoy.
Hey- I just saw your new Eberly women photo. Very nice! Very model-esque (I'm pretty sure that's not a real word) of you.
Congratulations on 6 years and hopefully many more to come!
Ok...I am going to try this again...it wouldn't take my comment last time :) Happy Anniversary!!!! God Bless...Shannon
