1. You don't remember what your house looked like when it was clean.
2. You sing a song and do a dance when someone goes potty.
3. You check for skid marks before you go to the bathroom.
4. You buy Cheerios and diapers in bulk.
5. You think that only waking up 1-2 times during the night constitutes a good night's sleep.
6. Lego's, Play do, and puzzles are your arch nemeses.
7. If you get to go to the store by yourself you run out of the house so fast you forget your purse, wallet and keys. (just did this one)
8. You would share an ice cream cone with your child.
9. You have licked your fingers and proceeded to "clean" a face.
10. You have 3 or more children's books memorized.
11. You have a children's, cartoon, theme song, or the ABC song, permanently stuck in your head.
12. Your idea of getting "dolled up", is taking a shower.
13. Your kids are the smartest, cutest, funniest kids ever.
14. You take weird video of your kids and post them on your blog thinking everyone will enjoy them.
15. You randomly quote children's books and think it's weird when people look at you like you've lost your mind.
16. You've lost your mind and have no idea where you put it.
OK, I'm sure there are more that you can think of so let me hear them... this is an interactive post for all my MOTs out there.

SO TRUE. This was great! Thanks! If I think of anything funny enough, I'll let ya know :)
I am not an M.O.T. any more but I agree with # 14.
I have been one for nine years now. I would say the biggest for me is referring to myself in third person all the time. "Mommy has to go potty, Mommy is going to run downstairs and switch the laundry. You are disobeying mommy and mommy will need to discipline you. " I talk this way to "big people" too, unfortunately.
Cute post :) enjoy those toddlers.
That's a good one Danielle! I have to add one myself... #17. Your kisses have super-human magical powers that make it all better.
Man, I'm guilty of all of these! And I'm constantly talking in the third person too, yikes! Sometimes it even confuses me!?!? :)
I goofed again! It is #13 that I idntify with!
I try to catch myself when I talk in the third person because I always thought that it was weird when my grandmother did it with us. And I dont want my kids to pick it up... how funny would it be though?
And I LOVE that kisses are magic. Especially when they are old enough to think it... it'd be nice if they never grew out of it!
Haha, This is great. Can Aunties count too?
Sure! And Former MOTs too! :)
