Teeth, Trailers, Treats and Chicks

So Joanna's bottom teeth finally broke through.
I don't think you can really see them in the picture but they are there I promise. I think the top ones are not far behind. She's still not sleeping that great but I'm tired of talking about it sooo... Speaking of teeth, mine are feeling good, I can pretty much eat normally now and I can tell the holes are starting to close up.
This weekend Ricky was quite busy working on a trailer that he and his dad made together. Everything was finished except for the sides and tailgate, so Ricky was doing that. It looks so nice, the paint matches his truck perfectly. They made it completely from scratch in his Dad's shop. They do nice work, don't they.

Here he is ever so lovingly waxing his truck.
I've still been trying to sell Abbi, I'm trying not to get annoyed but it's really hard. I guess people don't have any common courtesy anymore. if you tell me that your going to buy her and then change your mind, the least you could do is e-mail or call to let me know! Especially if I e-mail to ask you for a response. Arrrgh! I guess I'm not really that annoyed but just a little. I have a couple people lined up to come look at her on Wednesday. In the meantime she is in the house to learn how to go potty like a big dog. She's got it down too, and of course the kids love having more animals in the house. Mishti is definitely pregnant and really dislikes having Abbi in the house. It's pretty funny, she likes being an only dog.
Yesterday Ricky left first thing in the morning to go to Rickett's Glenn to scout for hunting spots so took the kids by myself and went to church. It actually went pretty well too. In the afternoon I took the kids to an Easter egg hunt. Chase had a lot of fun with that. My camera battery was dead during it and this is all that was left when we got home.
Shells and wrappers, ugh.
Ricky had off today because of the rain and did more work on his trailer, etc. He was very adamant about getting chickens today for some reason so we called around and found some at Tractor Supply Co. in Parksburg. We got 8 this time and Chase picked them all out. They are Rhode Island Reds. I'm hoping we didn't get any roosters.
I think there was something else I wanted to say but I can't remember right now. I have a fun day planned tomorrow so I'll probably update again soon anyway.

Wow! Ricky has a really neat trailer. Chase looks like he enjoys holding the little chicks. I was able to see Joanna's one tooth. So she will likely soon have more. I talked to your Mom tonight and she told me what you are doing tomorrow. Have fun! Grandma
By the way, Sandy's baby cut teeth about a month ago. She was fussy and didn't sleep well several nights.

Good job on the trailer! Those are so handy.
