Cell Phone Photo Dump: Christmas and Crochet

Random stuff from my cell phone...
Ricky brought in this huge box inside the other night and said it was my Christmas present.  I had NO idea what it could have been but it was driving me crazy!  It was the size of a refrigerator box and really heavy. 

He was kind to me and let me open it early and I was so thrilled to find that it was a beautiful electric fireplace!  We had talked about getting one of these for several years now, our downstairs family room doesn't have heat so this is perfect!

It's so nice and cozy down there at night now :)
A couple weeks ago the kids and I made our traditional gingerbread house.  They love doing this every year.  Joanna was pretending to eat it and I pretended to yell at her :)

It was just a little one this year.

Katy mostly just ate the candy while the other two decorated so she wasn't much help :P

Joanna had the last of her swim classes a couple weeks ago.  She showed the instructor that she was able to go under the water so she's staying in the level she's in for next time.  I thought this was so cute when they got pulled around in the life raft with life jackets on :)

Our church's Christmas program...  Chase was a wise man and I was so mad that I forgot to take my good camera!  This picture is so blurry but he's the super shiny, sparkly gold one in the middle to the left a little.  Joanna thought his costume was "soo beautiful!" :)  Joanna was supposed to be in it with her class too but she decided at rehearsal that she didn't like the lights shining in her eyes so she sat in the audience with us and Katy.

My dear Joana is getting so big!  She's been super pleasant and agreeable and cuddly lately!

I've been busy completing all my Christmas present projects!  I made this Lego box for Dominic and was pretty proud of myself!  He got a lot of Legos for Christmas so this will come in very handy.  It's small enough that he will be able to carry it around too.

Little baby puppy!

She's doing really well and has gained one whole pound in the last 3 weeks!

So my high protein mixture has worked and the vet said she is ready to go home today, yay!

We got some snow the other day and actually had a white Christmas!  I was so excited about it :)

We took all the kids for haircuts last week and poor Katy had to get most of her hair chopped off.    It is just so baby fine and she twirls it like Joanna did.  I had to keep cutting out knots every morning and it was starting to look patchy and strange so I thought it'd probably be best to just start over again.  I was sad about it for a minute but she looks adorable no matter what and it's just hair and will grow back

These are her Christmas presents that she got and loves.  She rides the wheely bug all around the house, and I made the teddy bear of course :)

My little kids aren't seeming so little anymore, they are growing up so fast!  I'm trying to soak up all the snuggles and cuddles that I can when they are willing to give them to me :)
