Ricky and I spent most of the day on Saturday cleaning and organizing the house and garage. I was able to catch up on ALL the laundry, which was an amazing feat. I'm hoping to keep up with it now by doing, folding and putting away one load ever day. So after we cleaned up the whole other side of the basement, where the laundry is, Ricky decided that we should have a hockey net for Chase to practice on. There's plenty of room over there for Chase to roller blade around and practice some cool hockey moves. Sunday night the boys had a game that the girls and I cheered on with much enthusiasm :P
Chase really enjoys it and has been practicing as much as he can the last couple of days. Here's a video of the madness:
Last Friday my friend Ronda had gotten free passes to the Science Factory. We've been a bunch of times now but the kids always have so much fun there and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Learning about cranks:
The little one's love this ball vacuum/suction thing. Mason stood at one end and fed the balls in to Katy and she sent them back to him:
Like I said, such a ham :P
We stayed until about 1:30, the kids had a blast!
The other day I moved Katy to the big bunk beds. She was doing so well in them that I decided to take out the toddler bed from their room. I took it out a few nights ago and Katy JUST realized it wasn't in there last night :P
"huh? where isa ma bed?"
Now that the toddler bed is out of there, there's so much more room. I'm hoping to convince Ricky to help me take the bunk beds apart so it's not so hard to make them.
